  • 6. Sale of telephone directories pertaining to the district area of the customer service centre and
    other literature useful to the customer
  • 7. Issue of duplicate telephone bills for customers of the District /area of the CSC
  • 8. Receipt of payment of telephone bills by cheque from customers of the District area of the CSC
